Default Can iTunes sync more that one master folder on the same computer?

I'm afraid I will start to un-sync the gobs of pictures I have on the ATV now. I would like to add another directory on another drive to my master folder I already have synced. Can I just put another folder into iTunes to sync or will I start replacing what I already have since it is no longer the focus. I have looked through all the documentation I can find but nothing.

From what I can see there isn't any way to do what you are describing using itunes (at least not on xp). The photos that it will allow to sync "live" in My Pictures in the My Documents folder.

Default It will live sync with a different folder than My Pictures

Even though you can't sync multiple root folders, you can live sync with a different root folder than "My Pictures". I sync to a picture root directory on another drive that all the members of my family have access to and can contribute to. My Documents and My Pictures are controlled access to only me.
