How to download music to Hard drive

I just bought the apple tv. Evrything is working fine expect that I've tried to download music to the apple tv hard drive but can not do it. When using the Itunes I can sync the apple tv but it only stream the signal I can not download anything.

limewire is a viable solution if you are careful, watchout for files that are not a reasonable size, or end in the wrong file extension.
