Picasa photos on AppleTV

Hi,
I'm new here so please excuse if this Q has already been posted and answered.
I'm a new AppleTV user. I use PC/Windows rather than Mac (sorry!). My photo library is held in Picasa. I've marked as "hidden" unwanted photos in Picasa and then synced to AppleTV - however all hidden photos get synced as well.
Is there any method I can use to avoid syncing the hidden photos?
Thanks for any pointers on this.
