Want to get a cheap apple tv

Hello I am quite new here, I have read the posts below, but they are too old now. Right now I am looking at a deal on the 40GB refurbished Apple TV for $199:

Do you think this is a good deal, or can you tell me something better? Thanks.

Are the refurbished ones reliable??

Refurbished ones are good also, some of them have the same warranty as the new ones.
