Default How to convert and put WMV files to iPod or iPhone on Mac(Snow Leopard included)

If you have some awesome WMV videos on your Mac, either downloaded from internet or shared from a PC, don’t you want to put them on your, say iPod touch, for playback anytime and anywhere? Default How to Transfer songs and video from iTunes, iPod, iPhone to Mac for Free

When you accidently delete your iTunes Library, or have a hard disc reformat, you won’t be able to recover your iTunes songs and videos library with iTunes. Or you just got a new Mac and you want to Transfer iPod content to iTunes or Transfer iPhone content to Mac.
