Default How to convert FLV to iMovie (iMovie’ 09 included) on Mac OS X

When we find some funny FLV videos from video sharing websites like YouTube, we would like to download the YouTube videos to our Mac for movie project. However, since FLV is not an iMovie compatible format, you need to convert FLV to iMovie readable format first.
