Default Quicktime Looping

Does AppleTV support looping playback like Qucktime Player does, or has anyone hacked it to do so?

I want to use AppleTV to playback an HD showreel all day long at a trade show, the box seems ideal if it will do this.

I'm in need of the same answer. I have about 6 of these Apple TVs and am using most of them for digital signage and advertising in our Church and was pretty frustrated to learn that the video playback doesn't loop. If there is an answer there is more than one that wants it.

Wow, this would be very good for Digital signage. I will see if I can find any answers.

Last week Erika on IRC was working on a way to hide the finder, and open VLC fullscreen in loop mode. I have not heard any progress yet, but that might be your best bet.
